Barre is the ultimate full-bodied workout. Our instructors are professionally certified to teach Barre Attack (founded by Renee Scott). With Barre Attack's flowing sequences, you will feel like your body is more balanced and centred. Best of all you will feel more connected to your body, giving you a greater sense of self and your confidence will be ignited through the joy of regular movement.
From the studio to your home, our skilled facilitators can adapt to teach barre classes from just about anywhere. For virtual sessions from the comfort of your own home, all you'll need to get started is a non-slip surface of at least 2 square metres; a chair, balcony or barre; and a barre starter kit (comprised of a ball, pump, handle bands, loop band and grip socks) which you can purchase upon registration with BBM which you can take anywhere you go.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels (you don't need to have done a Barre class before) including prenatal and post-natal clients.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic and fluid mind-body movement practice that cultivates a moving meditation of breath, body and awareness. The practice philosophy and the physical practices of breathwork and movement in this program are derived from the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga.
The aim of Vinyasa Flow Yoga is to enhance health, fitness and wellbeing to develop the skills of mindfulness, present-movement awareness, and to release the tension and restlessness in both body and mind to allow us to be peacefully in the present moment.
Release yourself to a flowing sequence of postures which move across the major muscles in a rhythmic fashion which will strengthen, actively stretch and improve your endurance, body awareness, cardiovascular health, mobility and function.
Our Mat classes are fun and dynamic through the use a range of Pilates props to deepen the intensity of your practice and create a full body workout. We like to keep them small and personalised, so all students receive individual attention and guidance from our expert instructors. Our mat classes run for 55 minutes and incorporate a series of core-based movements using your body as resistance to prevent injury, increase body awareness, and improve strength, flexibility, and tone. Classes cater to all levels.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels including post-natal. Not suitable for prenatal clients.
