Sales are final for all services and cancellation will mean that monies paid by the customer have been forfeited and will not be returned or refunded. For a request to reschedule a service, the request must be made in writing with at least 24 hours' notice. In the event 24 hours' notice of a reschedule is not provided, Body Barre Mind reserves the right to decline the request to reschedule. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
