If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience from your post office or parcel collection centre. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

International Delivery Charges

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

You may return a Product that you have purchased within 14 days subject to the following terms and conditions. Please contact Body Barre Mind prior to the return of any items to register your return and reason for return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.  Items can be returned or exchanged if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. 

Please note Body Barre Mind does not refund on Classes, Services, Digital or Sale items so please choose carefully. Sales of these are final and cancellation will mean that monies paid by the customer have been forfeited and will not be returned or refunded. 

For a request to reschedule a class or service, the request must be made in writing with at least 24 hours' notice. In the event 24 hours' notice of a reschedule is not provided, Body Barre Mind reserves the right to decline the request to reschedule. For a request to reschedule a special event, the request must be made in writing with at least 30 days' notice.

Sale items can be returned if faulty for an exchange only or credit note to the value of the sale purchased price. Body Barre Mind must be notified of the exchange within 14 days of purchase. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchanges. 

Credit card details must be supplied at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Please also note, return shipping costs on refunds or exchanges will be covered by you.

Until the item has been received by Body Barre Mind, responsibility and liability of the good(s) is your responsibility. You will need to include all tags, packaging and additional inserts with your return and please ensure that your goods are securely and sufficiently wrapped so they do not get damaged in the mail. Body Barre Mind will not accept liability of any items damaged during the return process if they are not securely packed. 

Due to current Government Health Regulations we cannot process returns or exchanges on personal items such as socks, drink bottles or facemasks.

E-Gift certificates and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit or exchange; unless received damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped.
